Do you accept international orders?
Yes. Besides shipping to the continental USA (lower 48 states), we also ship
to: US Territories, US Military addresses, Canada, Australia, Japan, Singapore,

What delivery service do you use?
All orders will be sent through either United States Postal Service (USPS) or
United Parcel Service (UPS). You will have the option to pick your carrier and
type of service when you place your order. You will also have options to trace,
place insurance, or show delivery confirmations depending on the shipping service
you select.
Can I ship to an alternate address?
For security purposes, we can only ship to the address verified during checkout with your credit card or PayPal account.
How long does it take to ship my order?
We ship all confirmed paid orders within 2-4 working days. We can also accept
rush orders. There may be a small fee for rush orders depending on the circumstances.
How will I know when my purchase has been shipped?
