Return Policy:
Manufacturers may change the look of a product at any time. Please contact us to receive a return authorization number. This number should be placed on the original sales slip and the outside shipping label. Return in unused condition in original carton. Merchandise must to be returned in original manufacturer box, INSIDE an outer shipping box, with enclosed documentation and all parts.
SPECIAL RETURN RESTRICTION: No earrings can be returned due to health reasons.
A 35% restocking fee will be charged for all non-defective returns. Shipping fees are not reimbursable. All returns must be accompanied with all contents from original shipment (including certificates, jewelry boxes, free gifts, and all other promotional items). Please provide phone number in the notes section of all RMA requests. Your RMA request will be denied without this information.
Do not write any jewelry related words on the outside of the box or the shipping label. We can not be responsible for items stolen during return shipping. Double box the item and insure for the full value with a signature upon receipt. A delivery confirmation will not suffice as this can not assure that the package was indeed received by someone.
Unfortunately, we are unable to pay for return shipping costs. Shipping must be prepaid. Will not issue call tags. The RMA request may be cancelled if enough notes are not provided. We need details of the damage or defectiveness of the products being returned. Please provide as much detail as possible for returns.

Infrequently, data may be inaccurately displayed on our site due to system errors. While we make every attempt to avoid these errors, they may occur. We reserve the right to correct any and all errors when they do occur, and we do not honor inaccurate or erroneous prices. Also, due to the nature of our silver jewelry product line, prices are subject to change without notice.

All earrings are sold as Pairs of Earrings with Cards unless the earrings are noted as otherwise.

Ring sizes listed are by American Standard, are approximate, and are subject to availability
Out of Stock Policy:
We do our best to list only items that are in stock and ready to ship. Due to the large amount of jewelry that we provide we cannot guarantee 100% that your particular ordered item will be in stock at the time of your order. If for any reason your product is out of stock, RadiantSilver.com will notify you by email or phone within 3 business days after you ordered it to inform you that it is out of stock.
